ASDM Nondiscrimination Statement - Programs

The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum prohibits discrimination in all its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, and where applicable, gender, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, sexual orientation, genetic information, political beliefs, veteran status, or because all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program. Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs, as some programs are designed for specific audiences (eg., age groups, girls, boys) or require specific physical activities (eg. hiking, climbing, river rafting).

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information (Braille, large print, sign language interpreters, audiotape, etc.) should contact the Education Administrative Coordinator at education@desertmuseum.org or 520-883-1380.

The Director of Education is designated as the Museum's Equal Opportunity Officer, Section 504 Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator. To file a question or complaint of discrimination, please contact the Director of Education at education@desertmuseum.org or 520-883-1380.
