Begin your adventure in the Nature Illustration Program with this first class in the series leading to a Certificate of Completion. Come just for the fun of drawing or begin to pursue a certificate. Either way you have an opportunity to study with skilled instructors who will point the way to new creative endeavors. Start with helpful discussions about line, shape and form. Follow up with instructor demonstrations and finish with plenty of exercises to give you a solid foundation in using graphite pencil. Artifacts from the Desert Museum collection will keep you focused on the beginning steps of drawing.

No prerequisite: this course is for beginners.
